Jobgether seeks an Onboarding Engineer in the United States to lead the technical onboarding of customers in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will own API integrations, data mapping, and CRM configuration while coordinating across Onboarding, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure smooth go-lives and repeatable processes.

You'll diagnose integration issues, contribute to onboarding runbooks, and help shape scalable onboarding practices in an AI-driven partnership ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in B2B SaaS onboarding or customer success engineering.
• Hands-on with APIs, data integrations, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical setup of onboarding, including API integrations, data mapping, CRM configuration, authentication, security.
• Coordinate full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and handoff to CS.
• Diagnose and resolve integration failures and data sync issues.
