Job summary

Euler is seeking an Onboarding Engineer to own technical execution and coordination of customer onboarding. This hybrid role combines technical depth with cross-functional project orchestration to ensure successful launches, integrations, and smooth handoffs to success teams.

You’ll work with Onboarding Manager, CS, and Engineering to drive repeatable, scalable onboarding while mitigating risks and improving time-to-value for customers.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of technical experience in B2B SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success engineering.
• Strong hands-on technical skills with APIs, data integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Experience managing customer implementations or onboarding lifecycle from kick-off to go-live.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills for multiple onboardings.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical setup phase of onboarding including API integrations and CRM configuration.
• Coordinate the complete onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and handoff to CS.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues such as integration failures and data sync problems.
• Create and maintain onboarding runbooks, integration guides, and docs.
• Collaborate with Engineering to report bugs and advocate for feature needs.
