Allegiant is seeking an Employment Specialist I in Las Vegas to oversee employment processes in line with hiring guidelines and policies. You will collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and People Services to ensure a smooth recruiting and onboarding experience for Team Members.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and knowledge of HR practices, with responsibilities including I-9, background checks, and coordination with payroll and benefits teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Minimum one year of previous work experience in an administrative role preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Assists in onboarding new Team Members and informs relevant departments of new hires.
• Manages background check processes and communicates status to recruiters and management.
• Supports payroll, benefits setup, and other People Services processes.
• Maintains compliance with federal laws in I-9 and E-verify handling.
• Provides high-level customer service to Team Members and internal stakeholders.
