Allegiant seeks a Contract Specialist to support procurement with sourcing events (RFI/RFP), contract routing, and governance oversight from intake through execution. This role partners with Legal, Finance, and stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely procurement processes and robust documentation.

Based in Las Vegas, NV, this in-office role emphasizes organizational rigor, data reporting, and ethics compliance, with a focus on streamlined approvals and contract lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Combination of Education and Experience will be considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a criminal background check.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in procurement, contracting, sourcing, or related workflow roles.
• In-office position based in Las Vegas, NV; not eligible for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Procurement Process Support across RFI/RFP and bids.
• Coordinate sourcing timelines, intake requests, and milestone tracking.
• Assist in spend analysis and supplier comparisons.
• Facilitate end-to-end procurement approvals with stakeholders.
• Maintain contract routing, entry, and renewal tracking in CLM systems.
• Prepare KPI reports and leadership summaries; support governance.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and required document collection.
