Job summary

Allegiant Air is seeking a Contract Specialist to support the Procurement organization in sourcing, contracting, and supplier onboarding. You will drive approvals, documentation, and governance to ensure compliant, timely acquisitions.

The role requires meticulous workflow management, strong reporting, and coordination with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure adherence to policies and best practices. In-office in Las Vegas, NV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Three years of procurement/contracting/sourcing experience.
• Authorized to work in the US (per Immigration Act).
• Criminal background check required.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing events (RFI/RFP) and competitive bids.
• Coordinate sourcing timelines and milestone tracking.
• Assist in spend analysis and supplier comparisons.
• Facilitate end-to-end procurement approval workflows with Procurement, Legal, Finance and Leadership.
• Maintain contracts and sourcing documentation in the contract management system.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to route agreements for review and signature.
