HELP of Southern Nevada seeks a BETterment Employment Specialist in Las Vegas, NV to coordinate pre-employment and support services for veterans and residents. The role centers on guiding participants toward independence through direct services, training, and community referrals.

You will collaborate with clinical and program staff, facilitate groups, monitor paperwork, and assist in housing and employment activities while maintaining client confidentiality and program integrity.

• Attends team meetings and trainings; maintains time sheets and records.
• Transports clients to appointments and coordinates community resources.
