You will assess client needs, analyze existing systems, and guide them toward ADP’s payroll and HR offerings, helping clients achieve long-term success and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, clear communication, and the ability to manage a high-volume, metrics-driven environment with ongoing training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Basic project management skills
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons
• College degree not required; military experience considered

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients for each product or service implementation
• Implement ADP technologies by analyzing client systems and processes
• Collaborate with sales and customer service and communicate with the client project team
• Handle multiple time-sensitive projects and share information with clients and ADP teams
• Maintain daily schedule and manage high-volume inbound calls
