Job summary

CarePortal, LLC, a GO Project subsidiary, seeks a Training Specialist to deliver onboarding and certification programs, and to continually improve curriculum for staff and network partners.

You will manage onboarding logistics, develop blended learning resources, and collaborate across teams to align training with platform updates and organizational priorities, ensuring effective adoption and growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in instructional design or related associate or bachelor’s degree
• Experience building blended learning strategies for adult learners
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong writing and editing skills without overreliance on AI

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed expertise on CarePortal functionality, network structure, and performance metrics
• Manage onboarding logistics and resources for staff and partners
• Assist with onboarding and certification sessions for staff and partners
• Coordinate learning resources with other teams and update LMS courses as policies and roles evolve
• Develop and implement Leadership and Professional Development content
