Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver onboarding training for new clinical employees in group or one-on-one sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure a valuable onboarding experience.
• Develop and improve clinical training curricula and competency assessments.
• Assess competencies and ensure new staff can work independently within 90 days.
• Coordinate with EHR training resources to align clinical workflows.
