Qualifications

• 2 years post-high school education or equivalent experience in customer service, admin, HR, training, caregiving, or office support
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods
• Occasional evenings, weekends, and local travel for trainings

Responsibilities

• Assist with and conduct training classes (in person & virtual)
• Support onboarding and required trainings for new hires
• Improve training sessions using feedback and evaluations
• Troubleshoot online training platform issues for employees
• Engage learners and create a welcoming training experience
• Coordinate training dates, locations, instructors, and materials
