As an integral part of the CarePortal Training Team, the CarePortal Training Specialist is responsible for creating a consistent, engaging, and mission-centered learning experience that equips CarePortal staff and network partners to succeed in their roles. This person leads the coordination and facilitation of new staff onboarding, manages the ongoing development and improvement of CarePortal's training curriculum and certification program, and partners across teams to ensure learning resources remain aligned with evolving platform capabilities, organizational priorities, and field best practices. The Training Specialist is passionate about adult learning, excels at facilitating both virtual and in-person learning experiences, and uses data, feedback, and collaboration to continually improve training effectiveness. Through excellent organization, relationship-building, and a commitment to continuous improvement, this role helps strengthen the knowledge, confidence, and long-term success of the people who advance CarePortal's mission of mainstreaming Care-Sharing through the local church.
