Job summary

Strike LLC is seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator to manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new hires in the United States. You will ensure compliance documentation, verify work eligibility via E-Verify, and monitor progress to maintain a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires collaboration with Safety and HR teams, handling inquiries, maintaining confidential records, and providing general administrative support to drive a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience across multiple HR functions, with emphasis on onboarding and HR operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and SharePoint.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, pipeline, or construction environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process all new hires through the life cycle of onboarding.
• Ensure completion of all pre-employment and onboarding documentation, including employment eligibility verification, and required compliance paperwork.
• Review identifications and process E-Verify to determine eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Monitor onboarding progress and proactively address issues that may impact the employee experience.
• Coordinate with Safety to ensure each candidate completes the required pre-employment tasks including drug screen, physical and safety orientation.
• Assist with employee relations matters by responding to concerns and escalating issues as appropriate.
• Provide assistance to the Human Resources team in the application of HR policies and programs.
