Job summary

ADROIT Advanced Technologies, Inc. in Houston, TX, is seeking an Onboarding & Compliance Manager to lead contractor onboarding and ensure compliance with company, client, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

You will oversee Onboarding Specialists and drive ongoing improvement of onboarding workflows. You will manage supplier qualification, document reviews, background checks, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Fulfillment, Client Relations, and Quality teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years of onboarding, compliance, or related leadership experience.
• Experience managing employees and performance expectations.
• Strong knowledge of compliance programs, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Onboarding Specialists and ensure targets and KPIs are met.
• Lead contractor compliance operations including document review and background checks.
• Maintain accurate driver qualification files and renewal monitoring.
• Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Fulfillment, Client Relations, and Quality teams.
