Responsibilities

• Supports onboarding of new hires, rehires, and transfers with recruiters and field team.
• Completes I-9 and maintains confidential employee information with care.
• Provides daily/weekly updates to hiring managers on onboarding status.
• Troubleshoots onboarding issues and collaborates with HR partners to improve processes.
• Ensures adherence to clinic training and safety requirements.
