Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sr. Director of Product Management for Compliance Integrations & Client Onboarding.

You will own the end-to-end strategy for data exchanges between SmartCompliance and client ERP/HCM systems, inbound and outbound, and lead onboarding to a fast, reliable go-live. You will define data schemas, API specs, and an integration framework while guiding a PM team to deliver measurable outcomes such as faster value and lower onboarding costs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years in a senior or director-level role leading a PM team.
• Deep expertise in enterprise software integrations — ERP, HCM, or payroll systems (SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle preferred).
• Strong ability to set strategy, roadmaps, and link decisions to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy for inbound and outbound data integrations.
• Define canonical data schemas, file formats, and API specs for inbound payroll, HR, and org data feeds.
• Build a platform framework to reduce client integration effort and enable self-service or low-touch onboarding.
• Lead onboarding experience from contract to first live compliance run, with scalable validation and testing workflows.
• Drive OKRs and product health metrics across integrations and onboarding.
• Mentor and grow PM teams, fostering a culture of discovery and outcome-driven delivery.
