Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Onboarding and Compliance Coordinator to support the HR Shared Services team. You will handle administrative tasks, maintain documentation, and coordinate workflows for onboarding and internal movement.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration with Advisors, managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure timely processing and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and/or 1 year of related work experience.
• 1–3 years of coordination/administrative experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
• Knowledge of ATS, job boards, background checks, and web media.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and workflow support to Onboarding and Compliance Advisors.
• Collect, organize, and maintain required documentation.
• Monitor work queues, deadlines, and outstanding requirements; escalate risks.
• Maintain accurate system records, trackers, templates, and case notes.
• Respond to routine questions and route policy/interpreta­tion requests to an Advisor.
• Prepare case information for Managers review.
• Support process improvements, audits, data cleanup, and training.
