Job summary

Abound Health is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team. You will support the full onboarding process, ensuring smooth hiring and integration of new team members passionate about serving the intellectual and developmentally disabled community.

You will manage onboarding paperwork, background checks, training scheduling, and maintain electronic records. You will also track pipelines and provide weekly onboarding reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 3-5 years HR onboarding experience.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist candidates with completing and verifying new hire paperwork to meet internal, Medicaid, and regulatory standards.
• Process and review background checks for compliance.
• Manage onboarding documentation and maintain electronic records in OnTarget.
• Schedule and coordinate required training including AIM, CPR/FA, and Core Competency.
• Liaise between new hires and internal departments for a seamless onboarding experience.
• Track and update candidate pipelines using applicant and hiring systems.
• Provide weekly reporting to management on onboarding and hiring metrics.
