Anderson Health Services is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to onboard new employees, guide training programs, and support compliance across our residential and behavioral health programs.

You will create engaging learning experiences, track certifications, and assist leadership development to foster a culture of growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience delivering training and facilitating groups.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in healthcare or human services preferred.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding
• Teach CPR and First Aid courses
• Facilitate Crisis Intervention training and recertification
• Facilitate Darkness to Light child abuse prevention training
• Conduct documentation and compliance training
• Track employee training and certification requirements
• Maintain training records and compliance reports
• Support competency evaluations and workforce development
• Assist with leadership development initiatives
• Promote a culture of learning, growth, and accountability
