Job summary

Abound Health in the United States is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support the onboarding of new team members dedicated to serving the intellectual and developmental disability community. You will report to the Director of Staffing & Workforce Development and help ensure a smooth hiring and integration process.

Key duties include processing new hire paperwork, background checks, maintaining electronic records, coordinating training, and providing weekly onboarding metrics to management.

Responsibilities

• Assist candidates with completing and verifying new hire paperwork to meet internal, Medicaid, and regulatory standards.
• Process and review background checks for compliance.
• Manage onboarding documentation and maintain electronic records.
• Schedule and coordinate required training including AIM, CPR/FA, and Core Competency.
• Serve as liaison between new hires and internal departments for onboarding.
• Track and update candidate pipelines using applicant and hiring systems.
• Provide weekly reporting to management on onboarding and hiring metrics.
