Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication.
• Develop recruitment plans with department managers to meet staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, job requisitions, and hiring status using applicant tracking systems.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires with necessary documentation and training schedules.
• Monitor staffing levels and suggest adjustments to avoid gaps or surpluses.
• Communicate with candidates and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout recruitment and staffing.
