Job summary

Notre Dame is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to ensure pre-employment requirements are current and validated with Compliance. You will manage onboarding packets, authorization forms, drug tests, and background checks, updating the Candidate Tracker until clearance to start.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pre-employment requirements and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance.
• Manage onboarding packets, including authorization forms, drug tests, and background checks.
• Enter and manage background checks, drug testing, and medical screenings for contractors.
• Ensure contractor compliance with E-Verify requirements and document status.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service via telephone and reception.
• Order, maintain, and organize office supplies and manage shipments and paperwork.
• Deliver world-class service to ensure a quality candidate experience.
