Job summary

MMC Group LP is seeking an organized Onboarding & Compliance Representative to support the employee onboarding lifecycle across client programs and a multi-state workforce. You will monitor workflows, coordinate screenings, and help ensure I-9 compliance with accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of onboarding, HR administration, staffing operations, compliance, or related field.
• Experience supporting a high-volume staffing or multi-state workforce preferred.
• Working knowledge of Form I-9 and employment eligibility requirements preferred.
• Experience coordinating background checks and drug screenings preferred.
• Strong skills with HR platforms and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor new-hire onboarding activity from initiation through final clearance.
• Oversee automated workflows and ensure forms, notifications, and tasks are completed.
• Review dashboards and reports to identify incomplete, overdue, or failed processes.
• Resolve onboarding exceptions and troubleshoot system issues.
