Job summary

Notre Dame in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an onboarding coordinator to manage client onboarding packets, ensure pre-employment requirements are current, and validate documents with Compliance departments to keep processes compliant and efficient. You will handle background checks, drug tests, and medical screenings for contractors, maintain the Candidate Tracker, and ensure timely clearances before start dates.

You will also manage E-Verify related documents and stay organized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Team-oriented environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client onboarding packets including authorization forms, drug tests, background checks, and update the Candidate Tracker until candidates are cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background checks, drug testing, and medical screening processes for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key I-Verify requirements such as expired documents and compliance status.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service via telephone and reception area.
• Order, maintain, and organize office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and maintain office paperwork and directory.
• Deliver world-class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.
