Job summary

Notre Dame is seeking an onboarding coordinator to ensure pre-employment requirements, forms, and policies are current and validated by Compliance. You will manage onboarding packets, authorizations, drug tests, and background checks, updating contractor data until clearance to start.

You will also handle background screenings, E-Verify compliance, and provide front office support to deliver a top-tier candidate experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
Customer or sales-oriented experience.
Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance departments.
Manage client onboarding packet requirements such as authorization forms, drug tests, and background checks; update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until clearance to start.
Enter and manage background checks, drug testing, and medical screening processes for contractors.
Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements, including monitoring expired documents and compliance status.
Provide outstanding front office customer service via telephone and reception area.
Order, maintain, and organize office supplies; manage mailing, shipments, filing, and office directory maintenance.
Deliver world-class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.
