Job summary

Notre Dame in Tampa, FL seeks a detail-oriented onboarding and client services specialist to ensure pre-employment requirements are current and coordinated with Compliance. You will manage onboarding packets, background checks, and drug testing for contractors, while maintaining candidate data integrity and driving a high-quality experience.

You will provide strong front-office service, handle office logistics, and support a team-focused environment with a positive, customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client onboarding packet requirements such as authorization forms, drug tests, and background checks; update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until clearance to start.
• Enter and manage background checks, drug testing, and medical screening processes for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements, including monitoring expired documents and compliance status.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service via telephone and reception area.
• Order, maintain, and organize office supplies; manage mailing, shipments, and filing of office paperwork and directory.
• Deliver world-class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.
