Job summary

Notre Dame is seeking an HR onboarding coordinator to support contractor onboarding and compliance processes. You will validate pre-employment documents, administer background checks, drug tests, and medical screenings, and maintain the candidate tracker for start clearance.

Provide front office service and handle shipments and office administration to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (preferred), customer or sales-focused background, and strong

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client onboarding packet requirements such as authorization forms, drug tests, and background checks; update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until clearance to start.
• Enter and manage background checks, drug testing, and medical screening processes for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements, including monitoring expired documents and compliance status.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service via telephone and reception area.
• Order, maintain, and organize office supplies; manage mailing and shipments; file and maintain office paperwork and directory.
• Deliver world-class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.
