Job summary

Townsquare Interactive is seeking an Launch Support Agent to drive the early stages of client campaigns from onboarding through activation. You will partner with Campaign Creation Specialists to ensure timely, successful launches and provide direct customer support to resolve launch issues.

You will join a dedicated pod, coordinating with Sales and Campaign Creation teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a positive onboarding experience for new clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior customer success or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with good follow-up and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding and ensure launch readiness for new campaigns.
• Answer inbound calls about campaign setup and design edits.
• Coordinate with Sales and Campaign Creation teams for timely handoffs.
• Troubleshoot domain access and other launch blockers with internal teams.
• Maintain organization while handling a high volume of accounts.
• Attend customer meetings to provide live edit support.
• Guide campaigns to activation with minimal rework and clear communication.
