Job summary

Valuetainment is seeking a Client Activation Specialist to onboard new clients, ensure seamless product setup, and drive initial user engagement. You will bridge sales and customer success, troubleshoot issues, provide training, and coordinate deliverables to build strong client relationships.

The role requires 7+ years in client activation or success, exceptional communication, and strong project management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer success, onboarding, or activation experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey technical instructions clearly.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple client accounts at various stages.
• Proactive mindset to diagnose and solve technical or process-related roadblocks.
• Deep understanding of the company's offerings to guide clients and anticipate their needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding: Guiding new clients through account setup, software installation, or service provisioning from day one.
• Product Training and Adoption: Educating clients on key features to maximize ROI and ensure active usage.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with Sales, Product, and Technical Support to resolve issues and optimize the user experience.
• Milestone Tracking: Monitoring onboarding completion rates, addressing client pain points, and documenting progress in CRM.
