Confidential is seeking a highly organized Onboarding & Operations Specialist to support the implementation, onboarding, and operational execution of our restaurant technology solutions. This role bridges Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, and Operations to ensure new customers launch efficiently.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects, reviews orders and onboarding docs for accuracy, coordinates resources, and maintains the Go-Live

Qualifications

• High EQ, patient and able to multitask across departments and tools.
• Proactive problem solver who identifies gaps and escalates issues when needed.
• Prior experience in administrative operations, project coordination, and/or business ops.
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication for stakeholder meetings.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience with Monday.com or a similar Project Management tool.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding projects from sales handoff through go-live and completion.
• Review and validate sales orders, hardware orders, and onboarding docs for accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork, forms, project assignments, and signoffs.
• Schedule and assign implementation resources based on scope and team capacity.
• Maintain the Go-Live Calendar for effective planning and resource use.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Accounting, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive communication and accountability.
• Own and manage hardware escalations from support handoff to resolution.
• Administer and optimize tools (Monday.com, Salesforce) with training and reports.
• Generate operational reports and drive process improvements with IT and stakeholders.
• Coordinate post-sales opportunities with Sales for billing and pricing.
