Cribl is a remote-first, B2B SaaS company shaping telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. We are hiring an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate how we ramp new revenue talent across sales, engineering, and post-sales roles.

You’ll design end-to-end onboarding paths, run in-person bootcamps and AI-driven practice, and partner with leadership to accelerate time-to-productivity and drive revenue growth, including a 10% lift in ARR.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in sales enablement or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on instructional designer and engaging facilitator.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
• Data-driven mindset with experience partnering with Revenue Operations to connect enablement milestones to ARR growth.
• Experience with Gong, Hyperbound, Seismic, Rox, Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Architect onboarding paths for sales, technical, and post-sales roles.
• Plan, facilitate, and deliver ~5 bootcamps per year with executive SMEs.
• Build AI-driven role-play scenarios and knowledge checks.
• Design post-onboarding skill baselines and gap readouts.
• Mentor & partner with frontline leaders with 1:1 coaching tools.
• Collaborate with RevOps to tie onboarding milestones to business performance (ramp velocity, time-to-first-meeting, ARR).
