Job summary

Field Nation is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide customers from contract signing to active power users, translating strategy into prescriptive onboarding plans and driving rapid adoption.

You will lead onboarding engagements across people, process, and systems, remove blockers, and deliver training rooted in marketplace best practices to accelerate value realization for clients in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical/operational training and change management–focused roles.
• Strong consultative communicator with the ability to clearly present to both operational and management audiences.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
• Analytical problem solver with strong troubleshooting skills and good judgment.
• Self-driven, results-oriented team player who takes ownership under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to translate business strategy into prescriptive onboarding roadmaps with milestones.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding engagements across people, process, and systems.
• Identify and remove adoption blockers, mitigate risk, and pivot plans as needed.
• Serve as primary point of contact and escalation for assigned accounts.
• Design and deliver high-impact training grounded in best practices and ROI-driven behaviors.
• Educate customers on marketplace model, talent management, and platform features.
• Coach customers on proven workflows used by top performers for quick wins.
• Collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance on services engagements.
• Own path to value with agile execution and timely reporting aligned to goals.
• Refine enablement materials and share insights to drive scalable outcomes.
