FieldPulse is seeking an Implementation Specialist for in‑office work at our Dallas headquarters. You will own the onboarding experience, guide customers through change, and lead training to ensure a successful adoption of FieldPulse.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, handling timelines and cross‑functional communication. The role demands resilience, strong communication, and a customer‑first mindset in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or a similar SaaS role.
• Project management skills: juggle multiple implementations while keeping customers engaged.
• Strong communication and leadership: guide customers confidently even when they push back.
• Grit and adaptability: handle challenges and stay persistent.
• Critical thinking and problem solving: troubleshoot issues and craft creative solutions.
• High emotional intelligence: build trust and keep implementation on track.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience with new customers to implement FieldPulse smoothly.
• Overcome resistance to change and help customers see the value of FieldPulse.
• Be a strategic partner by understanding workflows and proposing tailored solutions.
• Problem-solve in real time to develop workarounds for product limitations.
• Lead training and education: conduct onboarding calls and best practice sessions.
• Keep implementation on track by driving timelines and communicating with teams.
• De-escalate when customers are frustrated and guide toward success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize onboarding.
