Job summary

Field Nation in the United States is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide customers from contract signing to power user adoption. This role focuses on driving behavioral and tactical changes to enable customers to thrive on the Field Nation marketplace.

You will design prescriptive onboarding roadmaps with clear milestones, lead end-to-end engagements across people, process, and systems, and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to deliver value and

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical/operational training and change management roles.
• Strong consultative communication for operational and management audiences.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multi-project coordination.
• Analytical problem solver with good troubleshooting and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to translate business strategy into onboarding roadmaps with milestones.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding engagements across people, process, and systems.
• Identify and remove adoption blockers, mitigate risk, and adjust plans as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts with independent judgment.
• Design and deliver training rooted in marketplace best practices and ROI.
• Educate customers on the 1099 marketplace model and platform functionality.
• Coach customers on workflows used by top performers to drive value.
• Collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
• Provide timely reporting aligned to goals and success metrics.
• Refine enablement materials and share insights to scale outcomes.
