Helping Hearts Senior Care is seeking an organized Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients and employees from day one toward confidence and success.

You will own the onboarding journey, lead training sessions, and work with Community and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs while refining processes based on feedback.

We’re looking for an organized, empathetic Onboarding Specialist to guide our new clients or employees from day one to total confidence. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary guide during the critical initial transition, turning initial excitement into long-term engagement and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Success: Own the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring milestones are met on schedule.
• Lead Training: Conduct engaging virtual or live training sessions tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Problem Solve: Proactively identify roadblocks, address initial technical or operational friction, and keep progress moving.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Community and Customer Success teams to align expectations and ensure seamless handoffs.
• Optimize Processes: Gather feedback to continuously refine documentation, guides, and workflows.

Qualifications

Stellar communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.

High technical aptitude with quick mastery of new platforms (e.g., CRMs, LMS, project management tools).

Strong project management capabilities with sharp attention to detail.

High empathy and a natural knack for relationship-building.
