Job summary

ReferPro in Lehi, Utah is hiring an Onboarding Manager to own the customer journey from signed contract to first value. You will run onboarding, training, and coaching calls, drive momentum, and shorten time-to-launch and time-to-first-value for new customers.

You will configure accounts with precision, set up rewards programs and integrations, teach customers to operate the software, and guide adoption so that onboarding leads to revenue growth.

• Experience leading onboarding programs from contract to first value.
• Proven project management and training skills.
• Strong communication and detail-orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Onboarding Experience: guide new customers from signed contract to a fully live referral program to first value; run onboarding, training, and coaching calls; drive momentum and shorten time-to-first-value.
• Configure Accounts with Precision: set up rewards programs, campaign messaging, employee badges, and integrations; ensure each account is configured correctly.
• Train Customers to Operate Like a Pro: teach customers how to run their referral program with confidence and adopt best practices so they can operate independently after onboarding wraps.
• Manage Change and Drive Adoption: help customers adopt new workflows and build habits that lead to consistent referral activity and increased revenue.
• Ensure a Clean Handoff to Customer Success: confirm onboarding success criteria and transition to their CSM with full context.
