Redgate Software in Pasadena, CA, is seeking an Onboarding Manager to ensure new customers realize value from Redgate solutions quickly and smoothly. You will own onboarding plans, coordinate with business and technical stakeholders, and drive adoption through close collaboration with Professional Services and Premium Support.

This role requires a strong PM mindset and the ability to move quickly to achieve time-to-value.

Qualifications

• Must be customer-centric and able to drive value from software.
• Strong emotional intelligence to manage stakeholders.
• Experience in onboarding, customer success, or account management in software.
• Proven ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams.
• PM mindset with time-to-value focus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver onboarding and implementation to drive adoption and ROI.
• Build partnerships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Own and co-manage Onboarding Plans with milestones and KPIs in our CRM.
• Remove blockers with internal teams and deliver best-practice.
• Coordinate with Professional Services and Premium Support per contracts.
• Lead customer meetings, in person or virtual, as Redgate ambassador.
