Formación

• Experience in onboarding or customer success roles within software.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Track record delivering customer value and time-to-value.
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional onboarding and implementation experience to drive adoption.
• Build partnerships with business and technical stakeholders across Redgate solutions.
• Own and co-manage Onboarding Plans with milestones and KPIs in CRM.
• Remove blockers with technical teams and share best-practice implementations.
• Coordinate with Professional Services and Premium Support as needed.
• Lead customer meetings, in-person or virtual, as a Redgate ambassador.
