Redgate Software, Inc is hiring an Onboarding Manager to ensure new customers achieve value quickly through exceptional onboarding and adoption. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders, drive milestones, and coordinate with services teams to deliver best-practice implementations.

• Ability to build strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Deliver an exceptional onboarding and implementation experience that drives adoption of Redgate solutions.
• Build partnerships with business and technical stakeholders, demonstrating knowledge across Redgate's solution areas.
• Own and co-manage Onboarding Plans, tracking progress against milestones and KPIs.
• Work with internal technical teams to remove blockers and deliver best practice.
• Coordinate with Redgate Professional Services and Premium Support as required.
• Lead customer meetings — face to face and virtual — representing Redgate professionally.
