Redgate Software, Inc is hiring to ensure new customers realize value quickly through seamless onboarding and strong partnerships with business and technical stakeholders. This role is located in Pasadena with 2+ days in the office per week and a permanent/full-time employment model.

Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 with an 80/20 split; candidates should bring onboarding, CS, or account management experience in software.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an onboarding and implementation experience that drives adoption and ROI.
• Build partnerships with business and technical stakeholders across Redgate solutions.
• Own and co-manage Onboarding Plans with milestones and KPIs in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to remove blockers and share best practices.
• Coordinate with Redgate Professional Services and Premium Support per contracts.
• Lead customer meetings, both in person and virtual, as a Redgate ambassador.
