Qualifications

• Onboarding Manager or Customer Success experience in software.
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with a project management mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional onboarding and implementation to drive adoption.
• Build partnerships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Own and co-manage Onboarding Plans with KPIs in CRM.
• Collaborate with technical teams to remove blockers and share best practices.
• Coordinate with Professional Services and Premium Support as needed.
• Lead customer meetings, both in-person and virtual.
