Job summary

Redgate Software is hiring an Onboarding Manager to ensure new customers realise value quickly. You will lead onboarding programs, partner with business and tech stakeholders, and manage milestones and KPIs in our CRM.

This permanent, in-office role is based in Austin or Pasadena, with 2+ days in the office per week, and a salary of $75,000–$90,000 base + OTE. You’ll collaborate with professional services and support teams, own customer meetings, and drive adoption through a trusted advisory

• Experienced in onboarding or customer-success roles in software.
• Able to influence stakeholders and drive internal consensus.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a project mindset.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Database tooling is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience that drives adoption.
• Build partnerships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Own and co-manage Onboarding Plans and KPIs in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to remove blockers and ensure best practice.
• Coordinate with services and support per customer contracts.
• Lead customer meetings, in person or virtually, as a Redgate ambassador.
