Job summary

Redgate Software is seeking an Onboarding Manager to ensure new customers realize value quickly by delivering an exceptional onboarding experience and removing blockers.

You will partner with business and technical stakeholders, oversee onboarding plans, and collaborate with Professional Services and Premium Support to deliver customer outcomes. This role supports growth, collaboration, and measurable adoption across Redgate’s DevOps tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding management or customer success roles in software.
• Ability to manage onboarding plans with milestones and KPIs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and implementation experience to drive adoption and ROI.
• Build partnerships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Own and co-manage Onboarding Plans with milestones and KPIs in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to remove blockers and ensure best practices.
• Coordinate with Professional Services and Premium Support as needed.
• Lead customer meetings, face-to-face or virtual, as a Redgate ambassador.
