Job summary

Enumerate is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Onboarding to lead a team responsible for software adoption, customer enablement with new digital workflows, and payments utilization. You will build and run the program that drives adoption and revenue growth while coaching others to do the same.

You will own end-to-end onboarding, redesign workflows with AI and automation to reduce time-to-value, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or similar roles, with at least 3 years leading a team of individual contributors.
• Proven success driving software adoption and payments/digital-workflow utilization with measurable results.
• Experience designing or rebuilding an onboarding or enablement program with AI or automation to service delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of onboarding managers with clear expectations and coaching.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Own the strategy for customer enablement and payments adoption to drive revenue growth.
• Escalate and resolve complex onboarding challenges with cross-team collaboration.
• Guide data migration, setup, and account activation with data integrity and security.
