Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. seeks an IT Specialist to manage and maintain our onboard IT systems, ensuring crew members have tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively, aboard the cruise ship.

You will troubleshoot, install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, monitor performance, and implement security and backup procedures while coordinating with vendors and onboard teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of IT experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems and virtualization.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in the maritime industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations onboard the cruise ship.
