Job summary

UnCruise Adventures is seeking a Solutions Engineer to modernize and support our IT ecosystem, spanning onboard vessels to office environments. The role begins with a full overhaul of the Microsoft 365/SharePoint setup, including governance and secure sharing, then expands to broader system projects across the company.

The successful candidate will diagnose issues quickly, communicate with users of varying skill levels, and contribute to a growing IT department that evolves with our needs.

Qualifications

BSc/BA in Information Technology, CS, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
Hands-on M365 administration including Entra ID, Intune, and Defender security policies.
Experience with SharePoint architecture, governance, and permissions management.

Responsibilities

Lead overhauls of Microsoft 365 environment and governance.
Own user access management for SharePoint sites and Teams channels.
Administer M365 tenant configuration and security policies.
Develop and maintain documentation and data dictionaries across dashboards.
