Job summary

The position is on-site in the Phoenix area, with responsibilities including monitoring radio and telephones, ensuring customer service excellence, and maintaining data on driver sign-in/out.

Qualifications

• One year of Dispatcher experience preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Trapeze software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong customer service commitment.
• Professional phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Takes client calls and communicates issues with drivers and supervisors.
• Monitors radio/phones and on-road service for quality.
• Ensures safe, cost-effective, on-time operations.
• Monitors driver sign-in/sign-out daily.
• Assigns trips to drivers to balance routes.
• Monitors daily system performance.
• Participates in analysis of operating performance.
• Notes late starts and reports to supervisors.
• All other duties as assigned.
