Responsibilities

• Help schedule drivers’ routes and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
• Use the dispatch program to track orders from other stores and set up/distribute runs to drivers.
• Support the lead Dispatcher by ensuring drivers count money collected and record delivery times on bills.
• Work with Parts Pullers to help deliveries go out correctly.
• Verify drivers know the correct route and update customers by phone on order status.
• Assist drivers who have difficulty with routes or other aspects of the job.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.
• Secure and transfer cash or other assets.
