Southeastrans is seeking an On-Time Performance Analyst to review and report daily late-trip performance for providers in the Washington, DC area. The role requires compiling reports, communicating with providers, and ensuring data accuracy in InSight systems.

The candidate will analyze results, identify trends, and propose process improvements to management. On-site work in the District of Columbia is required.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing on-time performance data.
• Ability to communicate reasons for late trips.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsabilités

• Collect and analyze daily data on on-time performance of providers.
• Compile reports on trips not meeting standards using space/time reports and contract standards.
• Communicate daily with providers to gather reason responses for late trips.
• Coordinate with Call Center regarding discrepancies affecting reporting.
• Track performance levels and enter provider responses in InSight daily.
• Analyze results and recommend changes to business processes to management.
