Devoted Health is seeking a data-driven professional to analyze provider demographics, financial data, quality reports, and project data. You will support the performance team in monthly provider performance meetings, turning insights into actionable improvements for provider engagement.

The role requires independent and collaborative work, strong organization, and a results-focused mindset, with responsibilities including audits, onboarding, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare, Medicare Advantage preferred.
• 5 years of direct provider interaction experience.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with claims research and provider setup.

Responsibilities

• Conduct provider performance audits across systems and reports; identify gaps and root causes.
• Support Field Performance initiatives and resolve provider issues with documentation.
• Manage full contract lifecycle and onboarding for providers.
• Prepare data for monthly performance meetings using AI-driven prompts and create slide decks.
