Job summary

Devoted Health is hiring a Provider Performance Analyst to join our team in the United States, located in Washington or Oregon. The role analyzes provider demographics, financial data, quality metrics, and project data, supporting the performance team for timely, actionable monthly meetings.

You will audit systems like Orinoco and Looker, assist with onboarding and issue resolution, and prepare performance reports with AI-enhanced prompts for management review.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably Medicare Advantage or similar environments.
• At least 5 years of direct provider interaction experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage detailed, performance-driven work.
• Proficiency in Google or MS Suite Workspace applications.
• Experience in claims research, provider setup, root cause analysis, and process improvement with a focus on provider engagement.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth audits across provider performance systems, including Orinoco, Looker, online search tools, and claims payment processes; deliver actionable insights.
• Support Field Performance initiatives by engaging with providers to resolve issues and document resolutions.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle while onboarding high-performing providers and improving engagement.
• Collaborate with Performance Managers to prepare for monthly meetings by pulling data and creating slide decks using AI-driven prompts.
